DEVICE FUNCTION
1. This wax injection machine is a single-station C-type vertical mold table integrated machine design, with direct wax injection, hydraulic mold clamping, and thermal oil heating as the insulation source and insulation method.

2. Operation method: Start with both hands to prevent accidental injury to the hands; 3. To shoot the scorpion directly, place the ant tube above the shooting nozzle and connect it with a hard connection to ensure that the set sense force is consistent with the actual output sense force. This design is a patent invention of our company: 4. The hydraulic system uses a Y-type motor to control the output flow and pressure, which can be adjusted manually;
5. The clamping cylinder adopts two-level control. The idle stroke is fast, and the speed is reduced when joining the mold.
6. With ejection function, the mold can be designed to be automatically ejected, which is convenient and quick to remove the wax mold;
7. The wax injection pressure adopts two-stage pressure control and manual adjustment;
8. The nozzle is moved forward and backward by a hydraulic system. The nozzle is driven by a motor to move up and down, and cannot move left and right;
9. The lower plate of the mold moves forward and backward with a slide, hydraulically controlled;
10. The wax storage barrel has a stirring function and an over-temperature power-off protection device, double protection;
11. The wax storage tank is equipped with an automatic liquid level meter. The wax dissolving device can automatically supply wax. When the wax level reaches the upper limit, the wax supply stops automatically. There are two operation modes: automatic wax replenishment and manual wax replenishment.

Temperature control circle: double storage barrels with double temperature zones 2x2, cooling cylinders with 2 zones, extrusion cylinder with 1 nozzle, a total of 7 temperature zones, storage barrel upper section temperature 80~90ºC, lower section temperature 70~80ºC, cooling cylinder temperature 51~67ºC, extrusion cylinder nozzle temperature 49~65ºC;
13. The upper and lower mold plates are equipped with ice water cooling devices, which automatically cool the mold temperature through circulating liquid media;
14. T-slots are arranged in the balance direction between the fixed plate and the moving plate, and built-in T-shaped M12 nuts are used to fix the mold;
15. Equipped with a compressed air filtering device, each workstation reserves a compressed air interface to connect the air gun;
