DESIGN OF WAX INJECTION MACHINE

This injection molding machine is a dual-station integrated four-column vertical die-casting table design, direct injection molding, hydraulic mold clamping, and thermal oil heating as the insulation source, making the entire working system more stable, safe and reliable.

WAX INJECTION MACHINE USE

When the machine is started, a safety fence is set to prevent accidental injuries to the hands. The mold stops after the fence shields and protects the action.

The direct injection pressure cylinder is above the nozzle and is hard-connected to ensure that the set pressure is consistent with the actual output pressure. This design is a patent invention of our company.

THE FUNCTION OF WAX INJECTION MACHINE

1. The hydraulic system controls the output flow and pressure by the starting motor, which can be adjusted manually.
2. The mold with ejection function can be designed to be automatically ejected, and it is convenient and quick to remove the wax mold.
3. Dual-mode function, one station can inject two sets of molds with different nozzle heights.
4. The wax injection pressure is divided into two-level pressure control and manual adjustment.

INTELLIGENT OPERATION

This intelligent machine uses a 10-inch full-color LCD rotating control screen and a PIC Siemens 7-00MT control system. All parameter settings are completed on the screen (including temperature, pressure, time, plug-in, etc.), allowing you to monitor all equipment conditions in real-time. The human-machine interface is simple and elegant, easy to operate, and each station can save up to 999 sets of mold parameters. After each mold adjustment, you only need to call out the corresponding mold code to start working, and the mold installation and debugging can be completed at one time.

EQUIPMENT TEMPERATURE ZONE CONTROL
