DEVICE FUNCTION

1. The wax shooting machine is a single station C-type vertical die table design, direct injection ax, using hydraulic clamping, heat transfer oil heating as insulation source,inulation way, so that the whole working system is more stable, safe and reliable;
2 . Operation mode: start with both hands to prevent accidental hand injury;

14. The T-shaped grooves are arranged in the balance direction of the fixed plate and the moving plate, and the built-in T-shaped M12 nut is used to fix the die;
15. Equipped with a compressed air filter device, each station reserves a compressed air interface to connect the air gun;
16.It has four groups of pneumatic core pulling devices. The cylinder is a single-head magnetic induction. All parameters are set on the screen(including temperature, time, core pulling and inserting action, etc.), and the state of the machine is monitored in real time. The man-machine interface is simple and generous, and the operation is simple and convenient. The number of mold parameters saved in each station is 999 groups.
