DEVICE FUNCTION
1. The wax shooting machine is a single station C-type vertical die table design, direct injection ax, using hydraulic clamping, heat transfer oil heating as insulation source,inulation way, so that the whole working system is more stable, safe and reliable;
2 . Operation mode: start with both hands to prevent accidental hand injury;
3. The direct injection type is a pressure cylinder on the top of the injection nozzle, which uses the hard connection to ensure that the set pressure is consistent with the actual output pressure. This design is a patented invention of our company;4. The output flow and pressure of the hydraulic system are controlled by a Y-type motor and adjusted manually;
5. The clamping cylinder is controlled in two sections; the empty stroke is fast, and the contact with the die is decelerated
6 . With the function of thimble, the mold can be designed to eject automatically, and the wax mold can be taken conveniently and quickly;
7. Wax injection pressure regulation is divided into two-stage pressure control and manual regulation;

Temperature control area: Dual wax storage tank dual temperature zone 2×2pcs, two cooling cylinders, one wax extruding cylinder and one nozzle,t otally 7 temperature control areas: The temperature of the upper section of the wax storagedrum is 80~90ºC, and the temperature of the lower section is 70~80ºC.the temperature of the cooling cylinder is 51-67ºC, and the temperature of the wax extruding cylinder and nozzle is 49-65ºC;
13. The upper and lower plates are equipped with an ice water cooling device, which can automatically cool the mold temperature through circulating liquid medium;
14. The T-shaped grooves are arranged in the balance direction of the fixed plate and the moving plate, and the built-in T-shaped M12 nut is used to fix the die;
15. Equipped with a compressed air filter device, each station reserves a compressed air interface to connect the air gun;
16.It has four groups of pneumatic core pulling devices. The cylinder is a single-head magnetic induction. The customer only needs to connect the air pipe to the relevant core-pulling devices on the mold. The order of each group of core pulling and the time when the core pulling signal is given can be modified separately on the touch screen.The outer diameter of the air pipe is 10.0mm;
17 . The intelligent wax shooting machine uses 10 10-inch full-color LCD touch screens and adopts the PLC Siemens S7-200 Smart control system. All parameters are set on the screen(including temperature, time, core pulling and inserting action, etc.), and the state of the machine is monitored in real time. The man-machine interface is simple and generous, and the operation is simple and convenient. The number of mold parameters saved in each station is 999 groups. After each mold change, you only need to call out the corresponding mold number to start working, which greatly reduces mold safety installation and commissioning time. 18.PLC is equipped with RJ45 data interface and Modbus TCP/IP application protocol, which is used for Ethernet link;
