DEVICE FUNCTION

1. This wax injection machine is a four-column vertical die platen machine design with two working stations, direct wax injection, hydraulic mold clamping, and heat conduction oil heating as the heat preservation source and heat preservation method so that the whole process

3. For direct wax injection, the wax cylinder is located above the nozzle and is hard-connected to ensure that the set pressure is consistent with the actual wax output. This design is a patent invention of our company;
4. The hydraulic system is controlled by the drive motor to output flow and pressure, which can be adjusted manually.
5. With ejector function, the mold can be designed with automatic ejection, making it convenient and quick to take out the wax mold;
6. The mold on the upper mold workbench can automatically flip at an angle of 74 degrees so that the operator can clearly see the upper mold surface, and the flipping uses double cylinders;
7. The wax injection pressure is adjusted by two-stage pressure control and manual adjustment;
8. The nozzle advance and retreat is controlled by the hydraulic system, the nozzle up and down is driven by the motor, and the left and right movement is manual;
9. The wax storage barrel has double over-temperature power-off protection;
10. The wax storage tank is equipped with an automatic liquid level meter. It can realize automatic wax adding in the wax storage barrel. When the wax level reaches the upper limit, the wax adding will stop automatically. It can be operated in two modes: automatic wax adding and manual wax adding.
11. There are 3 temperature control areas in the equipment, namely: 1 wax storage barrel, 1 cooling box for each of the left and right stations (including the nozzle and the butterfly cylinder); the temperature of the storage barrel is 75~90ºC, and the cooling boxes for the left and right stations (including the nozzle and the butterfly cylinder) are 50~60ºC;
12. The two workstations can be independently temperature controlled and operated;
13. The upper and lower templates are equipped with cooling devices, which automatically cool the mold temperature through ca circulating liquid medium. The temperature of the upper and lower templates is controlled by an external chiller;
14. The M12 screw slots are arranged in the balance direction between the fixed plate and the moving plate, and the M12 screws are used to fix the mold;
15. Equipped with a compressed air filtering device, each workstation reserves a compressed air interface to connect the air gun;
