FEATURES:
1. Adopting touch screen+PLC control mode, combined with wax liquid detection and pneumatic valve to control the wax in and out. It is a fully automatic wax treatment.
2. The wax liquid from the dewaxing kettle first passes through the bag filter to remove the particles, then to the wax tank for further cooling to prevent the wax from aging, and the preliminary separation of wax and water is realized.
3. Steam insulation is adopted to reduce the risk of oil penetrating into the wax liquid, and the fire safety factor is high.
4. Energy saving, safe and reliable performance, long service life of wax;
5. The temperature of each barrel is adjusted independently;
6. Electric heating steam generator, pressure below 0.6MPa, no annual security inspection products;
7. One steam generator is used.
8. The daily wax consumption is calculated based on 2~4 hours of water removal and ≥22 hours of standing time. If the treatment time is shortened, the treatment capacity will increase accordingly.
9. The number of barrels can be customized according to the amount of wax used by customers
10. A pneumatic wax extraction cylinder and steam pipe can be installed to realize automatic wax supply to the wax injection machine, reduce manpower, and improve efficiency.
