DEVICE FUNCTION

1. This wax injection machine is a dual-station integrated machine design, ordinary wax injection, using a liquid mold, thermal oil heating as the heat preservation source and heat preservation method, making the entire working system relatively stable, safe and reliable;

7. The wax injection pressure can be divided into two-stage pressure control and manually adjusted;
8. The nozzle advance and retreat is controlled by the hydraulic system, the nozzle up and down is driven by the motor, and the left and right movement is manual;
9. The wax storage barrel has double over-temperature power-off protection;
10. The wax storage tank is equipped with an automatic liquid level meter. The wax storage barrel can be automatically filled with wax. When the wax level reaches the upper limit, the wax filling stops automatically. There are two operation modes: automatic wax filling and manual wax filling.
11. There are 3 temperature control areas in the equipment, namely: 1 screw barrel, 1 left and right station cooling box (including squeezing cylinder and nozzle): the barrel temperature is 75~90ºC, and the left and right station cooling boxes (including squeezing cylinder and nozzle) are 50~60ºC;
12. The two workstations can be independently temperature controlled and operated;
13. The upper and lower templates are equipped with cooling devices, which automatically cool the mold temperature through a circulating liquid medium. The temperature of the upper and lower templates is controlled by an external chiller;
14. T-slots are arranged in the balance direction between the fixed plate and the moving plate, and built-in T-shaped M12 nuts are used to fix the mold;
15. Equipped with a compressed air filtering device, each workstation reserves a compressed air interface to connect the air gun;
16. Each workstation is equipped with four pneumatic core-holding device interfaces and four magnetic induction signal interfaces. Customers only need to connect the air pipe to the core-pulling device on the mold. Each set of core-pulling action and core-pulling action mode can be modified independently on the mold release screen. The outer diameter of the air pipe is 60MM.
