APPLICATION:
This machine is used to control temperature and humidity in the workshop during the dewaxing casting process.
FEATURES:
1. The box body of this unit is formed by a shaped frame plus a guard board, which ensures superior sealing performance with an air leakage of less than 1%.
2. Special treatment is performed on all main parts that are subject to rust, thus they have outstanding anti-corrosion properties.
3. The evaporator and condenser of this unit are made of copper pipes with aluminum fins; the aluminum fins take the form of double corrugation, with high efficiency of dehumidification and temperature increase with low wind resistance and water resistance; besides, it is easy to clean them. The heater is made of stainless steel pipes and fired stainless steel sheets; therefore, it is characterized by high heat efficiency and long service life.
4. The evaporator has its own cleaning structure. The evaporator is cleaned regularly, avoiding the accumulation of dust on the warps: no need to clean every day. No need to clean every day.
5. Recover 90% of the heat energy generated by the compressor through the heat exhaust, reduce the energy consumption of the whole machine, to achieve energy saving and emission reduction.
