DEVICE FUNCTION:

1. This die head wax injection machine is a double-station integrated horizontal four-column die bench machine designed, direct wax injection, using hydraulic mold clamping, heat conduction oil heating as the heat preservation source for heat preservation way, so that the whole working system is more stable, safe, and reliable;

3. Direct wax injection is a wax pressure cylinder above the nozzle, using a hard connection to ensure that the set pressure is consistent with the actual output pressure. This design is our company's patented invention.
4. The hydraulic system is controlled by the drive motor to output the flow and pressure, and the output is manually adjusted. 
5. The stamping cylinder is a differential fast and slow speed hydraulic cylinder, which is controlled in two stages. The idle stroke is fast, and the fast contact mold is deceleration and clamping.
6. The left station can be removed from the mold with two pieces, and the right station can be removed from the mold with three pieces.
7. The wax injection pressure can be divided into two stages of pressure control, and manually adjusted.
8. The nozzle advance and retreat are controlled by the hydraulic system, and the nozzle is driven by the motor up and down, and the left and right movements are manual.
9. The wax storage barrel is equipped with double over-temperature power-off protection.
10. The wax storage tank is equipped with an automatic liquid leveler. It can realize automatic wax filling of the wax storage barrel. When the wax position reaches the upper limit, the wax filling will automatically stop, and there are two operation modes of automatic wax addition and manual wax addition.
11. There are 5 temperature control areas of the equipment,namely:1 wax storage barrel,1 left and right station cooling box, and 1 left and ight wax extrusion tank(including nozzle); Thetemperature of the wax storage barrel is 75~90ºC,50~60ºC for the left and right station cooling box,50~60ºCfor the left and right wax extrusion cylinders (including nozzles);
12. The two stations can be independently controlled and operated.
13. The left and ight phates are equipped with cooling devices, which automatically cool the mold temperature through the circulating liquid medium;
14. The platen is equipped with two small oil cylinders and 40*20 rivet clamping, which can realize fast mold change, reduce mold change time, and improve production efficiency.
15. Equipped with a compressed air filtration device, each station reserves a compressed air interface air gun;
16. This intelligent wax injection machine uses a 10-inch full-color LCD touch screen, using PLC Siemens S7-200 smart control system, all parameters are set on the screen (including temperature, pressure, time, insertion core action, etc), and real-time monitoring of all states of the machine, man-machine interface is simple and elegant. The operation is simple and convenient; the number of mold parameters saved at each station is 999 groups, and after each change of mold, only the corresponding mold number needs to be called up to start working, which greatly shortens the time for mold installation and commissioning.
17. The PLC is equipped with an RJ45 data interface, Modbus-TCP/IP application protocol, which is applied to the Ethernet link.
