DEVICE FUNCTION

2. Operation mode: Start with both hands to prevent accidental injuries to hands. Equipped with a safety door. When the safety door is opened, the mold closing action stops to prevent pinching;
3. For direct wax injection, the wax cylinder is located above the nozzle and is hard-connected to ensure that the set pressure is consistent with the actual output pressure. This design is a patent invention of our company;
4. The die-pressing cylinder is a differential fast and slow hydraulic cylinder with a two-stage control. The idle stroke is fast, and the fast contact with the mold is slowing down the mold closing.
5. The hydraulic system is controlled by the drive motor to output flow and pressure, which can be adjusted manually;
6. With ejector function, the mold will automatically eject the wax mold and then automatically fall into the sink below the mold;
7. The wax injection pressure can be divided into two-stage pressure control and manually adjusted;
8. Automatic release agent spraying device, the liquid storage tank has a capacity of about 5 liters and is placed at the rear of the machine. The spray head is driven up and down by a cylinder with a magnet (4 spray heads in one station)

There are 3 temperature control areas in the equipment, namely: 1 wax storage barrel, 1 cooling box for each left and right station (including wax squeezing cylinder and nozzle); the temperature of the wax storage barrel is 75~90ºC, and the cooling boxes for the left and right stations (including wax squeezing cylinder and nozzle) are 50~60ºCC;
13. Two workstations can be independently temperature controlled and operated;
14. The left and right templates have cooling devices, which automatically cool the mold temperature througha  circulating liquid medium; the rod T-slot is arranged in the balance direction of the fixed plate and the moving plate, and the built-in T-type M12 nut is used to fix the mold;
15. Install a liquid quick mold-locking system. Each workstation is equipped with a set of common mold-setting plates. The common mold-setting plates use pulleys to slide in and out. The lower mold-setting plate and the medical plate are each equipped with 2 oil cylinders for quick mold-locking. There are two ways to fix the mold on the common mold-setting plate, one of which uses M12 countersunk screws.
