FEATURES:
1. Control system, process temperature and time, and other parameters using a temperature controller, equipped with an electronic recorder;

6. The furnace bottom is made of high-aluminum bricks, and the furnace surface is insulated with ceramic fiber wool. The insulation material ensures a low outer wall temperature. Under long-term working temperature, the outer temperature is not more than 70ºC (measured at an ambient temperature of 30ºC)
7. Heating device: The heating elements are arranged reasonably to ensure the temperature uniformity of the effective heating zone in the chamber. The heating elements ensure long-term stable operation from room temperature to 900ºC. The heating elements use 3 groups of circular heating sheets.
8. The bell-shaped furnace body has a good sealing performance with the base due to its own weight, which reduces pressure leakage and ensures quality.
9. Launching method: The hydraulic trolley is used for rapid launching, and the electric travel is used for forward and backward movement. Rapid launching reduces the production of oxide scale on the surface of the castings.
